Hausvik Project

The Hausvik project is a test-facility with a 25 - 30 tonne, 10 m demo-tank. The purpose of the project is to:

  1. Extract CO2 from fish water and measure efficacy and gas mixes from typical fish tank water including levels of salination. These tests are made in collaboration with Sintef (Research Institute within Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and Øgrey, a local engineering group.

  2. Building of a demo tank for a raising salmon from large smolt to 4 to 5 kg based on proven technology.

  3. Develop a comprehensive control and monitoring system based on Blockchain safety technology in cooperation with the two partners: Opt-e and Unisot

  4. Install and start testing out our unique tracing technology based on exclusive license from Queen's University in Belfast.
