Terje has more than 40 years of experience from business development and active ownership through the Mosvold / Venturos group in Norway, USA, Hong Kong and London, especially in technology companies and international shipping. This includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Norsk Data, Hafslund Nycomed and Kloster Cruise (Norwegian Cruise Line) over many years, also when the companies obtained listing in the New York markets.

Arild Johannessen Dr. Scient (Ph.D) is responsible for technology and technology development. Dr. Arild Johannessen has focused his career on microbial production, with a special emphasis on industrial fermentations using gases. He has held several positions in the field such as Vice President in Calysta, and research director in IRIS. Further he has served as managing director in biotech start-ups.  Arild is an author of approximately 15 scientific publications and approximately 15 patents and patent applications.

Smiljana Divjak is responsible for the company’s Finance and Accounting function, overseeing treasury, tax, legal, accounting, business intelligence and HR.

Divjak has a bachelor's degree in economics and administration from the University of Agder, in addition to several development programs, from UIA and BI. She has extensive experience in financial management, business development, project management and credit and risk assessment.

Dragvik has extensive experience from large industrial groups such as Norske Skog and Norsk Hydro, where he has held leading positions at group level with international experience from the USA, Europe and Asia. In addition, he has experience from listing of SpecTec AS, which in turn formed the basis for the establishment of Visma ASA.

Dragvik has board experience from Elkem Materials AS, Pan Asia Paper Co. Ltd. and listed Catalyst Paper Ltd. Dragvik has a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Oslo Business school - BI.

Responsible for overall business and corporate development. Formerly Project Leader in Nutreco with 15 years of experience in the development of novel products and technologies across the feed and food value chains. Vukasin has a PhD in Food Process Engineering from Wageningen University in Netherlands where he conducted research on the next generation of sustainable alternative proteins. He has a broad understanding of technical and commercial business in the feed and food sectors. Vukasin is a passionately committed leader in sustainability and circular economy with a proven track record, including talks, published papers and patents.

Henrik Solberg-Johansen represents Norce Innovation AS in the board of Gas2Feed AS. Solberg-Johansen holds a master’s degree in Business and Economics and a master’s degree in accounting. He is a senior business developer with NORCE Innovation, which manages the spinoff companies from NORCE. He has 30 years financial experience as CFO in several companies and as advisor and auditor to a wide range of industries.
